today I will post none technical post, I saw a very good post about Microsoft today,

this is from Mohamed Mesherf blog, this post fires me up again, I was going in my life :D, and I read this post, make me remember how much I would like to join Microsoft, I tried through their web site http://www.microsoft.com/careers/ , I dream to be there, I have many things in my head, I wanna give it to Microsoft, in Mohamed Post he mentioned something that really makes me want to cry :D, he was talking about Managers hearing employees and stating the fact, this part is really very important for employee to be able to go on, I worked in about 5 companies, every time I join new place, I get a very nice promises, and guess what, when it comes to real life, it's not like what you hear, it's solid thing that is totally not flexible, back to me dream of "Working at Microsoft"once I post to Sara Ford she is also work at Microsoft, I asked her a question, "Is passion enough to work at Microsoft?" I really have the passion to work there, but does this passion will take me there, I am so depressed from all software companies in Egypt, it is really sucks, I am dying to be one of the Technology leaders, I am dreaming to work with Windows Team and Windows Mobile Team, it's the dream, the dream that is always chasing me, when I started to calm down, Mohamed Mesherf Post wake up everything again :(, I hope that my dream comes true
